COVID-19 made lots of things available remotely, and I leveraged that by enrolling to SAFe 5 Agilist class run by Pretty Agile as learning from the best in the field is always a good choice. A big shout-out to Em Campbell-Pretty and Claire Sanders!

Last week I took time out to attend the Leading Scaled Agile for Enterprise (SAFe) course ran by Pretty-Agile. Time away from the every day to reflect and see where the program needs to pivot is always a good thing - the content and delivery by Claire Sanders and Adrienne Wilson with their real world examples was exactly what I needed in my role. It allowed me to reflect on what we are doing well and can amplify AND where we can do it differently to get results faster and easier.....Small refinements with big impacts. I left the course with ~10 actionable items to implement and the support tools to do it. Our success will be the sum of small changes embedded into the way we operate. Yet here we all are learning in the Zoom Video Communications classroom, working together on the MURAL whiteboard for visual collaboration and using Slack channels for every conversation.
