If you need to cancel up to 31 days before the first day of class, you can:
As a small business, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, postponements or transfers within 31 days of the first day of class. Therefore, in this scenario, 100% of the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy helps to ensure the class you register for runs as planned and means we almost never have to cancel a class due to low participation. In the unlikely event that the minimum number of people required for the course is not reached before the course date, the course may be cancelled. People who are registered for the cancelled course will be offered a full refund or a place on the next course.
Once the eLearning component of a SAFe Micro-credential has been provisioned to the learner, registrations cannot be cancelled or transferred. Please note: In most cases, the eLearning component of a SAFe Micro-credential will be provisioned within one business day of the course registration and payment being complete.
Important- If a public course is cancelled for any reason, then Pretty Agile will not be held liable for any additional delegate costs incurred, such as travel and accommodation.
When the class is full, we will start a waiting list. If we have cancellations, we will use this list–on a first-come, first-served basis–to fill the open places. If no more tickets are available, contact training@prettyagile.com to be added to the waiting list.
