Training Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up.

If you need to cancel up to 31 days before the first day of class, you can:

  • postpone your registration to another class up to the value of the registration fee you paid,
  • transfer your registration to another person;
  • or receive a refund for 80% of the registration fee.

As a small business, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, postponements or transfers within 31 days of the first day of class. Therefore, in this scenario, 100% of the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy helps to ensure the class you register for runs as planned and means we almost never have to cancel a class due to low participation.  In the unlikely event that the minimum number of people required for the course is not reached before the course date, the course may be cancelled. People who are registered for the cancelled course will be offered a full refund or a place on the next course.

Important- If the course is cancelled for any reason, then Pretty Agile will not be held liable for any additional delegate costs incurred, such as travel and accommodation.

Waiting List

When the class is full, we will start a waiting list. If we have cancellations, we will use this list–on a first-come, first-served basis–to fill the open places. If no more tickets are available, contact training@prettyagile.com to be added to the waiting list.

Privacy

We will never share or sell your email. We will send you emails about our public courses, meetups, workshops and other events that we believe may be of interest to you.
