We understand that things come up.

If you need to cancel up to 31 days before the first day of class then you can either transfer your registration to another person at no cost or receive a refund for 80% of the registration fee.

If you cancel after that, the registration fee is not refundable and non-transferable.

Some courses require a minimum number of participants in order to be held. If the minimum number is not reached 10 working days before the course date, the course may be cancelled. People who are signed up to the cancelled course will be offered the choice of a full refund or a place on the next course.

Important– If the course is cancelled for any reason then Pretty Agile will not be held liable for any additional delegate costs incurred such as travel and accommodation.

Waiting List

When the class is full, we will start a waiting list. If we have cancellations, we will use this list–on a first come, first served basis–to fill the open places. If there are no more tickets available, contact training@prettyagile.com to be added to the waiting list.
