Join our SAFe for Architects class and learn to enable continuous value flow by aligning technical strategy with business goals, communicating that strategy to development teams, and applying Agile architecture practices.

Attendees can improve collaboration and alignment in a SAFe Lean-Agile enterprise when they become a SAFe Architect. The SAFe for Architects course prepares System, Solution, and Enterprise Architects to engage across the organisation as effective leaders and change agents who collaboratively deliver architectural solutions. During this three-day course, attendees will explore the roles, responsibilities, and mindset of Agile Architects, and appreciate how to align architecture with business value and drive continuous flow to large systems of systems while supporting SAFe program execution.

Following the overwhelming success of our online SAFe for Architects training, we plan to continue to offer public training online to make it accessible to our clients around Australia and across the globe. You can learn about our approach to remote SAFe training here.

This was an absolutely great learning experience due to both the way the course was facilitated and the experience that architects brought to the class. Thanks Adrienne Wilson & Anne Madden for being so patient in answering Q&As which at times were in the broader Agile context. I am looking forward to applying the knowledge and optimising our Agile Release Trains.
