The first two modules combine self-paced learning with instructor-led workshops. Each module takes five weeks to complete.
1. Leading by Example: This module explores the four critical behaviours of lead agile leaders: insatiable learning, authenticity, emotional competence, and courage.
2. Accelerating Change Leadership: This module, built in collaboration with Kotter International, introduces Kotter's "The 4 Core Change Principles" and "The 8 Steps for Leading Change."
