During this two-day, scaled agile framework certification course, attendees gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by using the Scaled Agile Framework®(SAFe) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.

Participants in the class gain insights into mastering business agility to thrive in competitive markets. They discuss how Scaled Agilists’ establish team and technical agility and organize and re-organize around the flow of value. Attendees also learn and practice the skills to support and execute PI Planning events and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Class participants will explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and Design-Thinking approach to Agile Product Delivery. Learners will also understand how to implement a Lean Portfolio Management function within their enterprise.

After the successful completion of this course, participants will be eligible to sit the scaled agilist certification exam and receive a safe agile certification.  Attaining a scaled agile certification demonstrates an understanding of the principles that underpin the successful application of agile at scale, and knowledge of the practices their enterprise should adopt in order to achieve Business Agility.

Last week I took time out to attend the Leading Scaled Agile for Enterprise (SAFe) course ran by Pretty-Agile. Time away from the every day to reflect and see where the program needs to pivot is always a good thing - the content and delivery by Claire Sanders and Adrienne Wilson with their real world examples was exactly what I needed in my role. It allowed me to reflect on what we are doing well and can amplify AND where we can do it differently to get results faster and easier.....Small refinements with big impacts. I left the course with ~10 actionable items to implement and the support tools to do it. Our success will be the sum of small changes embedded into the way we operate. Big thanks to the Pretty Agile team

Adrienne and Claire did an amazing job delivering Leading SAFe. They know the material inside out and bring lots of real world experience to the course. Would highly recommend.
Continuing with professional development during these COVID19 times has not only been engaging but has also provided me the opportunity to learn and collaborate with professionals from across Australia and Asia that I normally would not get the chance to meet. Yet here we all are learning in the Zoom Video Communications classroom, working together on the MURAL whiteboard for visual collaboration and using Slack channels for every conversation. Thanks to the amazing team (Claire and Melissa) from Pretty Agile for delivering a great course!#scaledagile #scaledagileframework #learnfromhome
I would highly recommend your course, Claire Sanders and Melissa Hay! Thank you for all your efforts and agility to deliver this course online. Let's keep the good work flowing!
Great training! Really enjoyed it! Adrienne Wilson and Claire Sanders made the virtual training experience really engaging and fun.
Thanks to Pretty Agile, the instructions and guidance from Melissa Hay and Claire Sanders were amazing.
The epistemology of practice is the most important consideration for me. Being taught by people who have brought it to life is key. I recently attended training facilitated by Em Campbell-Pretty and Adrienne Wilson. The #1 comment from my colleagues after was how great it was to learn from people who had lived this. What we’ve achieved after is amazing.
