Applying the Scrum Master role within a SAFe enterprise

Build your skills as a high-performing team member of an Agile Release Train (ART)—and prepare to support the facilitation of team and program events— when you take our SAFe Scrum Master class and earn your SSM certification.

In this two-day SAFe Scrum Master training course, you’ll gain an understanding of the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise and prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organisation.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions in Australia, all Pretty Agile SAFe Scrum Master classes are being delivered live online. You can learn about our approach to remote SAFe training here.

Em did very well facilitating the training. She knew how to keep energy levels up. She knew how to get the room to go quiet when needed. She knew how to give the quiet people room to speak up. Her experience and background meant that she was able to draw on real-world examples when answering questions and having off-the-cuff conversations. Fist-of-five 🙂
